Philip Johnson, one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, will be joining with Red Ochre Grill and Mitolo Wines for a unique dining experience on Wednesday 17 August. The night promises to entice and impress guests with cutting edge dishes from Philip's new cookbook, Eating In.
Philip Johnson is the founder of award-winning Brisbane restaurant E’cco Bistro. He has been named as one of 50 chefs at the cutting edge of Australian cuisine and his busy schedule sees him taking part in cooking demonstrations and guest chef appearances both nationally and internationally. Philip’s recipes have featured in many publications and he has authored six cookbooks, including Bistro, Classic E’cco, Decandence and Eating In, which all reflect his unpretentious food style. During the intimate Red Ochre Grill dinner, guests will be served an indulgent five course menu, with all dishes matched expertly to a Mitolo Wine.
