Strong Pilates is a pilates inspired, cardio infused, high intensity + low-impact workout.
There’s the kind of strong that starts on the inside and shines through to the outside. That gets up before the second alarm and gets down to get more.
Get more out of your workout with STRONG’s strength/HIIT hybrid training. Each class is 45-minutes focusing on either upper body, lower body, core, obliques or a combination of them all. Suitable for all fitness levels, their trainers are there to give you options for the days you may need a little less, or the days you want to push for more. Get STRONGER, LEANER, FITTER & feel BETTER. 

This is all coupled with big beats, specifically curated music playlists to push you through one more rep when the fatigue sets in, plus cold eucalyptus towels post-workout.
