That’s where the Lollipop Markets comes to the rescue with one of their biggest parenting fairs ever…and it is happening this weekend.
Showcasing a slew of local businesses specialising in a whole range of bespoke and locally-made goodies, the Lollipops Market Parenting Fair is the perfect opportunity for new and expectant mothers to stock up on all that they could possibly need for their tot.
From feeding and sleeping aids to toys that’ll help keep your kids entertained while also encouraging their learning, along with the most extensive collections of baby’s clothing, this event has got your back when it comes to all things, baby.
The brainchild of a group of South Australian mothers, the Lollipop Markets has made it their mission to highlight all our state has to offer when it comes to preparing for baby since 2010.
Bringing all of South Australia’s leading baby businesses together through the form of pop-up events in some of our biggest shopping centres as well as with their market stalls that show off all of the best handmade boutique items for your bump, baby and your kids, the Lollipop Markets pride themselves on being a collective for small businesses and mums alike.
So, you can expect their latest baby and parenting event to be no different.
Some of the vendors you will find at this weekend’s event include baby apparel labels Wild With Style, Mabel Bear Boutique, Maac Co, newborn photographers Cocoon Photography Studio and natural skincare labels Earth Essence Skincare.
The fair will also feature fragrance and soap producers Little Glow Candle Co and Oliv Skin Australia, vegan chocolatiers The Cheeky Chocolate Queen, Little Me 3D Ultrasound who will be offering 3D ultrasounds on the spot in their stall and much, much more.
Kicking off at 10 am this Sunday, the fair even has a dedicated kids zone offering a whole stack of activities to keep your children entertained while mum and dad shop.
You will even be able to refuel after all the retail therapy with delicious food and beverages from an array of local vendors including Uz Gözleme, Paella Bar SA, St. Raphael’s and mobile mocktail specialists, Don’t Mock Me.
Entry into the Torrens Parade Grounds event. is a gold coin donation with 100 per cent of the proceeds benefiting a number of charities that support women and children in need.
You won’t want to sleep on this, however, as registration for this event is essential due to numbers and can be done so here.
