Have a taste of McLaren Vale right in the city with the McLaren Flat coming to the Queens Theatre.
On Saturday November 6, the oldest surviving theatre in Australia will transform into a groovy party showcasing the glorious wine and gin of the Fleurieu region.
The line up of producers are gathering together to shine light on the lesser-explored side of Mclaren Vale with their hidden wineries, cideries and breweries.
Coming into the city, they will give people a brief snapshot of the hidden gems you’ll want to discover.
A collection of 12 insanely good producers will offer tastings for you to explore while listening to some of Adelaide’s favourite DJs with DJ Aus, Dancespace and Naish.
Tickets at $30 allow you to have three free tastings and take home a fabulous unbreakable glass. VIP tickets at $60 grant you unlimited tastings from 6pm to 8pm – that’s right, unlimited!
The event will be accompanied by South Australian company La Dolce Vita Catering feeding you ‘The Sweet Life’ whilst you can kick back and enjoy the range of alcoholic choices.
The wineries featured on the night include Fleurieu gems Gemtree, Silent Noise, Kangarilla Road, Dogridge, Hugo, Windy Gully, BeresfordEstate, Mr Riggs, Scarpantoni , Hastwell and Lightfoot, Foggo Road and Haselgrove.
Gin will be provided by Settlers Spirits and beer by Vale Beer Company.
