Find yourself together with nature and embrace the journey that is ‘Yarnbala’. A concept detailed as an immersion and admiration of nature, this exclusive Coffin Bay experience is certainly ready to impress.

Launching early this year, Yarnbala is a destination of connecting with the outdoors with three exciting tours to experience to choose from.

“Essentially Yarnbala the concept is together in nature,” Marketing manager Sharni-Marie Barney said.

“The concept originally grew from a deep love for nature and a way to connect in that nature and in an immersive experience.”

The experience has been bought to life by passionate conservationist and creative mind Kane Slater.

“Kane and his wife Brooke bought a section the land that was originally a national park –  It’s like dropping into the national park but it’s their own property.

“The concept is to bring people together in nature to feel connected. He has built an incredible building – the building itself is a piece of artwork right in the heart of the property.”

Yarnbala provides three different options when seeking your unique experience on the property. Ranging from a 90 minute curated trail walk to a half-day highlighted as the ‘Flavours of Yarnbala’, guests can choose the best experience for their escape that accommodates to their travel time and allocated budget.

‘Wild Yarnbala’ is a guided tour exploring the pristine wilderness surroundings while embracing you into the heart of what the sensational region has to offer. With your personally curated tour by Kane himself, be inspired by the sustainable and local produce that is later prepared in your culinary journey.

Take on a more relaxed experience with ‘Sounds of Yarnbala’. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the finest of local foods prepared over coals in front of you while listening to the authentic musical sounds from Kane. Taste the unique flavours of the bush, watch a live didgeridoo performance and immerse in nature.

The final experience on offer is ‘Flavours of Yarnbala’, bringing an exclusive and intimate 9 course degustation journey embarking you on a flavour sensation of what this stunning local region has to offer.

With each course hand-crafted by world class chef Andrew Williams, embrace nature’s surroundings while watching your meal be prepared on sizzling hot coals before you. Settle into an intimate evening while sipping locally produced ‘Coffin Bay Gin’, accompanied by the soothing sounds of local music performances.

“It’s about embracing that whole concept of a rare and organic state that is untouched,” Sharni-Marie said.

You’re welcomed to wonder through the wilderness and immerse on the passion project that Kane and Brooke have been working on for over a year.”

Indulge yourself in the willows of the wilderness and peaceful surroundings of the land. Be drawn into the thriving orchards which are accompanied by the abundance of locally roaming wildlife. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for kangaroos, emus and pygmy possums as you explore this uniquely natural environment.

With personalised transportation to and from Yarnbala provided, embark on a wander into this blended collaboration of amazing food and unique music.
