Ever fantasised about bottling up your very own wine? Well, now you can with this SA winery’s new DIY winemaking kit.

Barossa Valley winemakers, Thorn-Clarke have released a Shotfire Quartage Blending Kit so that you can try your hand at winemaking from the comfort of your own home.

This winemaking kit will give wine-enthusiasts the chance to experiment with different flavours and varietals in order to make their own custom blend.

But don’t worry, this kit won’t require you to stomp on any grapes.

Each kit features a 200ml bottle of 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, a 200ml bottle of 2019 Cabernet Franc, a 200ml bottle of 2019 Merlot, a 200ml bottle of 2019 Malbec and a 200ml bottle Petit Verdot.

Those who order Thorn-Clarke’s DIY wine kit will also receive a 500ml measuring jug, a 750ml empty wine bottle, a Thorn-Clarke branded wine glass and a Thorn-Clarke branded apron to make you feel like real professional.

The Shotfire Quartage blending kit also includes an instructional leaflet and videos to guide you along on your winemaking journey.
