After a residency alongside some of the world’s best DJs at Ibiza’s most iconic beach club, Melbourne DJ Tyson O’Brien is heading down under for the garden party of the season.
Sparkling Sounds is Bird in Hand’s ultimate springtime event, combining house music favourites with Bird in Hand’s fabulous new spring wines.
Over the years Tyson O’Brien has become the ultimate globe-trotting DJ. After stints in Europe and the United States, main stage appearances at festivals across the world, and residences at Ibiza’s Ushuaïa, Las Vegas’ Omnia Nightclub and Miami’s LIV, Tyson is sure to bring his lifestyle of good tunes and good times to the Adelaide Hills.
Joining him in the gardens will be Adelaide local and young gun DJ, Theodore Kittens.
The stunning Bird in Hand estate will play host to the event. Expect a beautiful backdrop of cool climate vineyards and in-bloom spring gardens. What better place to sip and socialise?
Talking of spring sips, the gardens will be adorned with outdoor bars serving Bird in Hand wines, and Prancing Pony beers alongside non-alcoholic options, plus, a spritz station and food stalls serving everything from Smokey Bay oysters with sparkling mignonette to house-made spring pea arancini with herb garden aioli.
As for the wines, Bird in Hand’s brand-new spring releases will be front and centre. The 2024 Nero Rosé is a wine fit for the season, with flavours of pink lady apple, red Anjou pear and pink grapefruit. This will be joined by other new releases, the 2024 Sparkling and 2024 Sauvignon Blanc.
Kicking off the event at 11:00am will be Theodore Kittens, and then from 1:00pm Tyson O’Brien is set to take the stage. To conclude this superb afternoon, Theodore Kittens will be back on until 5:00pm.
Bird in Hand is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. After its founding in 1997, Bird in Hand has become one of the Adelaide Hills’ most recognisable wineries.
