The Playford, MGallery by Sofitel, is a boutique five-star hotel located on Adelaide’s vibrant North Terrace.
While we’re somewhat acquainted with its gorgeous Art Nouveau style, its stunning grand staircase and gold leaf walls, when we’ve visited the bar we’ve clearly been missing the best part.
It turns out The Playford has a fabulous cocktail list, featuring a FruChoc cocktail!
The creamy concoction is a must-try for FruChoc lovers, featuring all the flavour sensations we love about the good ol’ Fruchoc, and apparently it tastes JUST LIKE FRUCHOCS (but possibly even better?).
The delightful creation is a delicious blend of Apricot Brandy, White Crème De Cacao, Baileys, ice cream, plus of course, Fruchocs crumbled across the top. Enjoy every drop because it will set you back $24. Definitely a sweet treat for the ultimate FruChoc lover.
While you’re at the bar, there’s also some other, pretty amazing cocktails to check out including the Crimson Blush which is another South Australian focused cocktail. It’s made with 78 Degrees gin and house-made strawberry sugar syrup and tastes like a Strawberry Southside.
The Playford, MGallery by Sofitel, at located at 120 North Terrace Adelaide. Hours are 7am-11pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-midnight Friday, 8am-midnight Saturday and 9am to 11pm Sunday.
