Australian DJ sensation DOM DOLLA has been announced as the headline act for 2025 LIV Golf Adelaide event, set to take place at The Grange Golf Club. Tickets for the event will go on sale to the public at 9am tomorrow (Thursday).
In a special one-off performance for South Australians, DOM DOLLA will light up the main stage on Friday, February 14, 2025, coinciding with the first day of the three-day LIV event. Recently recognised by Rolling Stone as Best New Artist, his signature house music is anticipated to attract large crowds eager to celebrate the tournament’s opening day.
Single-day ground passes for LIV Golf Adelaide will be available from $72. Given the overwhelming popularity of the event earlier this year, when over 94,000 attendees witnessed the League’s first-ever team playoff won by the all-Australian Ripper GC and captain Cam Smith, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
Premier Malinauskas says LIV Golf Adelaide has brought tens of thousands of new visitors to our state and provided a significant platform to showcase our strengths to the world.
“We look forward to building on these offerings in 2025 with new innovations, and having superstar DOM DOLLA on stage Friday night will be a highlight,” said Premier Malinauskas.
“The February time slot gives us an opportunity to cement our reputation as the nation’s events capital, leading into the world-renowned Adelaide Festival and Fringe season.”
The announcement comes as Adelaidians get prepared for a busy festival season with Laneway Music Festival recently announcing pop-icon Charli XCX and a star-studded line up. The Adelaide leg of the national festival will stop in Bonython Park on the 15th of February.
The 2024 event significantly impacted the local economy, contributing $71.1 million and generating over 79,000 visitor nights in South Australia, with guests staying an average of nearly four nights.
Additional live music acts will also perform throughout the tournament, with details to be announced soon.
