McLaren Vale winery Down The Rabbit Hole has announced the highly anticipated return of Golden Times, a Friday night experience like no other. Back for another season, this is the perfect spot to unwind and welcome the weekend in style with tunes, wine and friends.
Kicking off on November 3, the gram-worthy winery will once again be hosting delightful evenings of live music, exquisite wine, and delectable food on select Fridays throughout the warmer months, with the November lineup recently announced. Tom Harrington is first up.
As the sun sets and closes out another day, Down The Rabbit Hole transforms into a golden-hued wonderland, with guests treated to soothing live acoustic music at the cellar door, as they relax on the lawn, enjoy a drop, some nibbles and breathtaking scenery.
The evenings kick off around 5:30pm, ensuring you can make the most of the golden hour as you sip on some of their finest wines. The live music continues with a second set around sundown, giving you the flexibility to arrive at any time.
The kitchen is open until 7:30pm, serving a delectable array of dishes to complement your wine selection. The ambience, the music, and the food and wine offerings combine to create a truly immersive experience.
For those seeking a heartier meal, Down The Rabbit Hole also offers a $75 set menu Friday Dinner. With limited bookings for the indoor dining space, you can enjoy a traditional Italian dinner experience that feels like sitting at Nonna’s table.
The set menu includes starters, pasta, sides, and dessert for a satisfying and nourishing meal. Focusing on seasonal, locally sourced organic produce, the chefs can cater to various dietary preferences, including wheat-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
