Barossa

Dumplings & wine picnic next week at Barossa winery

Plan a trip to the Barossa, as Yalumba team up with Sookii La La for a day of dumplings, wine and live music.

Wine, dumplings and live music. Who could ask for more?

Sustainable Barossa winery Yalumba is getting together with Sookii La La Street Food for Viognier and Dumpling Day.

The event, taking place Friday April 30, will be in celebration of the launch of International Viognier Day.

From 12pm onwards, attendees can grab a picnic rug and sprawl out across the lawns as you lay back, relax and enjoy the three best things in life: wine, dumplings and live music!

Live music will be courtesy of Tom Kurzel, taking the 12-4 slot, followed by Georgia Germein, from 4 until late.

Delicious dumplings from Sookii La La Street Food will be available in three different varieties: Vegetarian, chicken and pork, so there’s an option for everyone.

Sookii La La Street Food is known for their amazing Southeast Asian street food and have catered many events throughout South Australia, providing not just dumplings, but also spring rolls, bao buns, satay chicken and more.

The event is completely free to enter, so make sure you get a group organised and make a trip out to Yalumba on the 30th.

You can find Yalumba at 40 Eden Valley Road, Angaston.
