Payneham Road business, E60 Dance Fitness, is helping Adelaideans stay fit and find their rhythm in a series of high impact cardio filled dance classes.
Founded in early 2019 by close friends Jenay and Anna, the two women developed a passion for dance from an early age.
I started off with hip hop classes as a young child and Anna attended other dance fitness classes,” says Jenay.
The pair taught dance classes at a number of schools before branching out on their own with E60 Dance Fitness.
The pair’s close bond and tight-knit friendship is very evident in their dance classes and how they work so collaboratively together.
With a Euro-dance soundtrack featuring Latino, Italian, Greek, Arabic, Pop, RnB tracks and more, E60’s dance classes will help bring the fun into your workouts.
“Our classes are very fun and social.”
Starting at just $10 a session, E60’s dance classes are suitable for people of all ages and dance backgrounds with everyone from tots to retirees joining in on the fun.
“We are often joined on stage by some of our E60 Minis and Juniors, including Anna’s daughter – it’s for all ages.”
Seeing the little ones starting out so young is a real highlight for Anna and Jenay, who hope that their classes can give the kids an understanding of just how many dance styles there are out there that they can learn.
So if you’re keen to work on your moves and get fit in the process, check out E60’s dance fitness classes every Tuesday at 8pm.
E60 Dance Fitness is located at 393 Payneham Road, Marden.
