East Borough Eatery Takes Over The Old Bar 9 Site

When one brunch hub closes, another (thankfully) opens!

East Borough Eatery has made a killer impression in its first couple of weeks; and looks to be a new favourite for Glam Adelaide!

When Bar 9 closed it’s doors in Parkside it certainly left a hole that desperately needed to be filled. Café heavyweights Paul and Makeeley Abraham – who originally owned Long Lost Friend and Local Crowd – saw an opportunity here to provide yet another cracking brunch spot that would have people flocking to Glen Osmond Road. Ultimately saving the day for those needing a good hit of caffeine and tasty food with a difference.

The guys were determined to create a new foodie hub in the neighbourhood, with a great sense of community, a bright interior and a menu doused in passion.

You will find options for all diets, including vego, vegan and gluten-free. Plenty of healthy options, and all with creative and interesting flavour mixes. Locally roasted coffee beans are on drip, and everyone’s favourite pastries from Abbotts and Kinney. *Drool*
