East End Cellars hosting ultimate gastronomic wine masterclasses this winter

This winter, East End Cellars are hosting two exclusive masterclasses to indulge your senses in the ultimate wine and gastronomic dining experiences.

Across the next few weeks, East End Cellars are hosting two exclusive masterclasses to give you the perfect send off to the winter months in South Australia.

With one event geared for August, and the other for September, you have plenty of time to get some friends together and indulge in one (or two) epic experiences at East End Cellars. Here’s what you can expect from both the epic gastronomic dining experiences.

The 2021 Penfolds Australia Collection Release Dinner – 18 August

Join the team at East End Cellars on Wednesday 18 August for South Australia’s first exclusive public showcasing of the Penfolds 2021 Australia collection.

Additionally, they’ll be celebrating a benchmark in Penfolds’ history, with the 70th anniversary of their flagship wine, Grange.

Hosted by the Penfolds Australian Ambassador, Zoe Warrington, this promises to be a night to remember with a gastronomic fine dining menu created by their own executive chef, Josh Lansley to match these exceptional wines.

A Journey through the ages of Henschke – 8 September 6:30pm

East End Cellars is proud to announce their collaboration with Henschke in delivering an exclusive Tasting Australia winter series entry.

In the month of September, a one off Henschke Dinner entitled; A Journey through the ages of Henschke, will be held on site at East End Cellars.

Expect an ultra-exclusive dinner where current release Henschke wines will be paired with Museum release wines unavailable to the public.

Under the watchful eyes of this dinner’s host, Justine Henschke, exceptional wines will be poured, from Mount Edelstone 2002 poured out of Magnum all the way to previous century Hill of Grace.

A high end five course gastronomic experience will be created by executive chef Josh Lansley to match these 12 elusive wines.

Although the focus will be on high end produce from South Australia, patrons will be delighted to taste some of the world’s best delicacies with Caviar and Foie Gras being incorporated in the menu alongside some other yet to be divulged ingredients.

An event which is not to be missed and an opportunity to learn about Henschke’s rich history while indulging on the best that South Australia has to offer.
