Easter Seafood Festival at Adelaide’s Highest Rooftop Bar

A three-course seafood lunch is coming to the Merrymaker Rooftop Bar this Easter Sunday, with specialty cocktails and two hours of bottomless wine.

You know the team here at Glam love a good Seafood event, but this one looks pretty special. Truly elevate your tastebuds at Adelaide’s highest rooftop bar this Easter, at the Merrymaker Rooftop Bar’s Easter Seafood Festival.

Exclusively on Sunday 17 April (Easter Sunday), enjoy a three-course seafood extravaganza, with two specialty cocktails and two hours of unlimited wine, supplied by Hentley Farm Wines.

“Guests will start off with Coffin Bay Oysters, paired with Gin Lychee Martinis,” said Marketing Manager, Adam Warren.

“The Gin is sourced from the Coffin Bay Distillery – only one of 68 locally-sourced gin, vodka, and whiskey brands we have on offer.

“The Coffin Bay Gin is infused with botanicals native to the area around Coffin Bay, including sea botanicals – it’s very much a hidden secret what the recipe is though!

“For the main course, there will be a family-style seafood platter, including Spencer Golf Prawns, various sashimi, including king fish, tuna, and salmon, as well as our signature lobster bun.”

All seafood served at this scrumptious event was caught here in SA – coming predominantly from Coffin Bay and Port Lincoln, and supplied by the Adelaide Central Markets.

As for the two hours-worth of unlimited wine, Hentley Farm will keep guests’ glasses filled with its Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blanc De Noir sparkling, and Villain and Vixen Shiraz.

“You’ll also be able to finish off with our Venetian Tiramisu and an espresso martini,” said Adam.

Honestly, you had us at Coffin Bay Gin, but the espresso martini does add a cherry on top of the day.

Merrymaker Rooftop Bar’s resident DJ will set the mood as you enjoy an Easter Sunday like no other.

Tickets for the Easter Seafood Festival are limited, so get in quick to secure your spot. Tickets are $149 per person.

“Easter lunch has never looked as good as it will on the rooftop!” said Adam.
