Electric Island festival to hit Glenelg Beach this April, headlined by Duke Dumont and Hayden James

Electric Island festival is returning to Australia in 2025, headlined by Duke Dumont and Hayden James, with a show at Adelaide’s Glenelg Beach.

Boutique electronic music festival, Electric Island, is returning to Australia in 2025, and it’s bringing a fresh twist with the debut of Electric Warehouse. The double event will be co-headlined by global dance music icons Duke Dumont and Hayden James, and will take place across four Australian locations in April. Adelaide’s Glenelg Beach will host the festival on Saturday April 12th, bringing the beach vibes of Ibiza and Bali to SA’s coast.

The festival’s epic line-up is led by two of the biggest names in dance music, Duke Dumont and Hayden James. Duke Dumont, the British DJ renowned for hits like “Ocean Drive” and “I Got U”, will be returning to Australia after a long time, with fans keenly awaiting his energetic set. Joining him is Australian electronic music legend Hayden James, known for anthems like “Just Friends” and “Numb”. He will bring his euphoric sounds to the stage, including live renditions of tracks from his highly anticipated 2024 album We Could Be Love.

Adelaide will also be treated to sets from Nora En Pure, the Swiss deep-house maestro known for her hypnotic grooves perfect for a beachside dance party. Joining her will be Eli & Fur, the high-energy house duo whose performances are always guaranteed to get the crowd moving. UK prog-house duo Trilucid will also be on hand, bringing their signature progressive beats, while DJ Souli will keep the energy high all day long.

Electric Island is part of a larger festival experience that includes the debut of Electric Warehouse, a series of high-octane indoor events that will take place in Sydney and Melbourne, bringing underground rave vibes to iconic venues. But it’s the Electric Island events, including the Adelaide festival at Glenelg Beach, that bring the perfect combination of sun, sea, and the best of EDM.

Tickets for Electric Island go on sale soon, with pre-sale tickets available from 8am AEDT on Wednesday January 29th. General tickets will be available from Thursday January 30th, so make sure to sign up early to avoid missing out.

Electric Island at Glenelg Beach is set to be one of the most exciting events of the year for Adelaide, and with headliners like Duke Dumont, Hayden James, and more, it’s sure to be an epic day of music, energy, and beach club vibes.
