After a massive 2025 debut saw electronic music festival Electric Island bring superstars Hayden James and Duke Dumont to South Aussie shores, this April, the crew is back with an even hotter and totally electric lineup for this April.

Glenelg Beach is set to come alive this April as the festival returns with a massive lineup of international and local talent, and this year is shaping up to be twice the size of last year. For Adelaide fans, the spotlight remains on the city’s own beachside edition taking place on Saturday, April 11th. The event will transform the beach into a day-long dancefloor for thousands of music lovers to gather for one of the most anticipated electronic music events of the season.

Leading the Adelaide lineup is trance trio Above & Beyond, whose emotionally charged sets and devoted worldwide following have made them one of the biggest names in electronic music. They will be joined by house music icon Armand Van Helden, a leader of the genre whose decades-long career includes dancefloor classics and festival anthems.

Also joining the Adelaide lineup is Australian electronic favourite Flight Facilities, performing a DJ set that includes the duo’s signature vibe of disco, house and feel-good energy. Rounding out the lineup are respected names from Australia’s underground and club scenes, including Late Nite Tuff Guy, Audioporn and Felicity.

Electric Island has built a reputation for bringing world-class electronic acts to stunning outdoor locations, and Glenelg Beach provides one of the most beautiful backdrops on the national tour. With ocean views, sunset sets and a crowd of music lovers dancing on the sand, the event combines a real festival atmosphere with the laid-back energy Adelaide is known for.

The Adelaide show will kickstart the tour’s Australian run, before it continues across the country to Melbourne and Perth, alongside the newly announced Sydney sideshow featuring artists including Eats Everything, Cristoph performing back-to-back with Jeremy Olander, and electronic duo Eli & Fur.

For Adelaide, Electric Island is steadily growing into one of the city’s standout electronic music experiences. The event reflects Adelaide’s growing reputation as a destination for major music experiences, with festivals and touring acts increasingly choosing the city’s iconic locations as part of their national runs. The event also coincides with AFL Gather Round, so if you’re in town for the footy and find yourself free on the Saturday, Glenelg is just a short drive from the city and the perfect addition to your trip.

Tickets are selling fast, with Vip already sold out. So as April approaches, this is a world-class lineup in a spectacular beach setting that you won’t want to miss.
