Schweppes is calling on the nation’s grown-ups to rediscover their inner child with a once-in-lifetime opportunity to participate in Australia’s first ever fine dining food fight, the ‘Schweppes Mineral Water Fancy Food Fight’.On the menus for Monday 24 February, the Schweppes Mineral Water Fancy Food Fight will serve up sophisticated food carnage at Sydney’s Carrigeworks as part of the all-day event.
Ensuring the day is one to remember, three-hatted chef Martin Benn of Sydney’s acclaimed Sepia restaurant will design a mouth-watering menu inspired by Schweppes’ sophisticated reduced-sugar Mineral Water range.
Benn’s delicacies will deliver on both taste and trajectory for maximum pleasure. Guests will also be fuelled for the explosive event with a meal prepared by Benn before the fun begins.
