Emerge is a charity fashion show to promote healthy body image and raise money for the Butterfly Foundation which helps girls with body image issues.
This show will be a celebration of women of all shapes and sizes and of positive self esteem! All young women have the right to grow into women who are confident and comfortable with their bodies no matter what their natural shape or size. The promotional image is a Butterfly because the show is about emerging from a shell and being confident and comfortable in who you are as well as raising money for the butterfly foundation.
The show is on Thursday the 1st of July and is being held at Woodville High School which is supporting this cause as they understand it’s importance. The models are students and staff from the school and encompass a range of body types. The show has recieved support from boutiques, designers, make-up artists and photographers! As well as the support of many local businesses.
Tickets are $10 at the door on the night. You will receive a goody bag and the chance to win prizes!
