Join Paracombe Wines for an intimate and exclusive dinner for only 20 guests, at Fergie Mac’s Lounge located in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Port Adelaide.
There will be four delicious courses paired with six Paracombe specialty wines.
Fergie Mac’s is run by husband-and-wife team Phil and Daniela Azzzarello, where Phil is a classically French trained chef with 34 years of experience.
He’s worked around the world including Singapore, Malaysia and was second-in-charge at The Savoy in London. Phil’s food focuses on having a modern take on Australian cuisine that’s inspired by a melting pot of cultures French, Middle Eastern and Asian, giving guests the most sumptuous flavours to enjoy at his table.
Guests will learn firsthand about the wines as Paracombe’s Kathy and Ben Drogemuller, mother and son, host the evening. A highlight of the night will be Ben sharing the story behind the limited release 2017 Caretaker Cabernet Sauvignon, fruit grown on his own vineyard.
