Can you believe it’s already that time of year? Carols by Candlelight is set to descend on the River Torrens this weekend, and you have the option to get a front row seat on the water.
BBQ Buoys are offering 20-minute rides in their donut-shaped boats for you to cruise along the River Torrens with a drink in hand and enjoy the Carols from another angle.

Select your drink for the trip when booking and jump on board for the BBQ Buoys team to take you up the river while you soak in the atmosphere.
You’ll be able to experience the nightlife of Carols by Candlelight from your BBQ Buoy while relaxing on the River without the crowds. With no more than 9 people sharing the experience, this is the way to do it!

The beloved Carols by Candlelight Christmas tradition was held virtually over the past two years during the pandemic, instead of the traditional Elder Park concert which attracts more than 25,000 people and raises much-needed funds for charity.
SeaLink Carols by Candlelight will also see performances from Hugh Sheridan, Conrad Sewell, Samantha Jade, Taylor Henderson, Vika and Linda Bull, Lucy Durack, The Voice Grand Finalist, Thndo and Irish tenor, Tommy Fleming.
The December 11 event begins from 2:00pm with an afternoon of free rides, songs, giveaways, and of course, Father Christmas.
Carol proceedings begin at 8.00pm with the evening concert hosted by Channel 7’s Rosanna Mangiarelli, Amelia Mulcahy and Will Goodings.
The Adelaide Concert Orchestra will provide the night’s uplifting festive music, and vocal assistance to all main performers provided by the Adelaide Philharmonia Chorus and Young Adelaide Voices choirs.
