You know a champagne collection is special when it’s usually just saved for friends and family of the champagne house.
Maison Mumm’s prestigious RSRV collection is a range of limited quantity cuvées, sourced from the very best of Mumm’s vineyards. And you could be one of the first in Australia to taste the range at a special dinner at the Mayfair Hotel.
Held on March 14 at the Mayflower Restaurant, the champagne dinner will celebrate the arrival of the collection in Australia, and will be only the second time this champagne flight has been offered in Australia.
The restaurant’s executive chef Bethany Finn has created a five-course menu for the night, specially designed to the complement the Maison Mumm’s RSRV collection of four grand cru champagnes.
The evening will start with a dramatic sabrage demonstration, and guests will be greeted with a glass of Maison Mumm’s Grand Cordon and canapes.
The four sit-down courses will then each be paired with a champagne from the collection, and the evening will be hosted by Australian Mumm Champagne brand ambassador Kaitlyn Tremblay who will talk through each wine.

And if you can’t make it to the dinner, the event will also mark the start of ‘Champagne Affair’ at Mayfair’s rooftop bar Hennessy, with the Maison Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blanc available by the glass or bottle for a limited time throughout March.
