The Goodness Me Festival is set to bring two days of self-care, rejuvenation and celebration to Riverdell near Gawler this March.  

Goodness Me Festival is set to bring two days of self-care, rejuvenation and celebration to Riverdell in the Gawler region this March 18th & 19th.

Goodness Me is a festival unlike any other, offering two full days of music, dancing, yoga, meditation, delicious food and over 40 workshops under ancient redgums just a 45-minute drive from Adelaide.

Featuring live music across the weekend from Triple J including Kim Churchill and Michael Dunstan, plus Erin Buku, Rhee Armfield and Kirtan with Shantarasa, the line up also includes the upbeat vibes of a silent disco on Saturday evening.

There’s something for everyone, whether you’re exploring spirituality and wellness for the first time, have solid practices in place, or are just looking for a fun weekend of goodness.

Riverdell Spiritual Centre Business Manager, Justin Martin said he is excited to bring Goodness Me to life.

“After the hustle and bustle of Womad and the Fringe, Goodness Me Festival offers a chance to unwind and reconnect in a relaxed atmosphere. With tickets limited to only 500 per day, we can guarantee there will be no ques for loos, or line ups for food,” said Justin.

Come along and learn new skills with the detailed workshops, or enjoy new experiences aimed at learning and discovery the world, mind and body for two days of nourishment for the soul. Discover the techniques of meditation, NLP and reiki, and enjoy sound and energy healing, Cacao Ceremonies, and group yoga.

Visit the Market Village for a range of food vendors offering a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food, as well as stalls selling unique and tempting goods.

“We have been holding the vision of this festival for several years now and finally all the elements are lined up to make it a reality,” Justin says.

“After all of the disruption and difficulties of the last few years, we can’t wait to see all the smiling faces at Goodness Me Festival learning new ways to express and grow, reminding each other that life is for sharing and living.”.

Riverdell’s Events Manager, Jasmine Hornby hopes to share a special weekend with visitors.

“The Riverdell team and I have finally sprouted the seeds that have been planted for quite some time now. I am so excited to see this baby come into full bloom. A weekend of community, connection, self-exploration and enjoyment. I can’t wait!” Jasmine says.
