Seafood lovers, Silver Brewing Co will bring a taste of the ocean to your table with their Seafood Platter Event this September.
Elena of Silver Brewing Co says their Seafood Platter Event is the first of a series of events they will be hosting leading up to Tasting Australia next year.
“These events promote sharing of food, the European way and also we want to continue a festive atmosphere and liveliness to the City of Adelaide, with a European flair,” Elena says.
The Seafood Platter Event will consist of a three course dinner, with a menu including an entree, seafood platter and dessert, with seafood of course the hero of the evening.
“We endeavour to create a fully immersed Serbian family experience. By family, we also mean friends and loved ones- the feeling of camaraderie and togetherness,” Elena says.
Get ready to dine, drink and indulge while Chef Nenad is busy in the kitchen creating and curating your seafood platter.
“Chef Nenad will be using his creativeness to showcase traditional and fusion flavours that are out of our usual style of cooking. Nenad loves the use of chilli and cooks meat only charcoal and smoking, and he will be combining these to create an immersive food journey,” Elena says.
“We will be serving a wide range of seafood, from locally sourced South Australian oysters, prawns and fish from all over Australia and overseas, Moreton Bay Bugs and to top it off the Lobster is sourced from Brazil, thanks our local hero of seafood, Angelakis Brothers.”
“The idea of creating something that is uniquely different to our current menu is both challenging and exciting and we believe that our patrons will be rewarded with something hasn’t been seen in South Australia in a very long time.”
The menu will be complemented by Silver Brewing Co’s hand crafted spirits and liqueurs which are all fermented and distilled from locally sourced South Australian fruit.
