
arkhé chef collaboration series with Laphroaig: Jordy Navarra
Adelaide’s renowned restaurant, arkhé, has announced the next two exciting events in their year-long series of world-class chef collaborations in partnership with Laphroaig.
The upcoming culinary showcases will feature Philippines-based chef Jordy Navarra on July 11th, followed by Melbourne’s Rosheen Kaul on August 15th.
Jordy Navarra, head chef and owner of Manila’s acclaimed Toyo Eatery and Panaderya Toyo, will take over the Arkhé kitchen on July 11th. Navarra’s journey includes experience at the three-Michelin starred The Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal. His restaurant, Toyo Eatery, is celebrated for its innovative Filipino cuisine and has been named ‘The Best Restaurant in the Philippines’ many times. Tickets for the event are $450 per person, which includes an eight-course set menu, with paired wines and a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival.
