arkhé chef collaboration series with Laphroaig: Rosheen Kaularkhé
Adelaide’s renowned restaurant, arkhé, has announced the next two exciting events in their year-long series of world-class chef collaborations in partnership with Laphroaig.
The upcoming culinary showcases will feature Philippines-based chef Jordy Navarra on July 11th, followed by Melbourne’s Rosheen Kaul on August 15th.
Rosheen Kaul, formerly head chef at Melbourne’s award-winning Etta, will bring her unique culinary style to arkhé on August 15th. Known for her diverse heritage and creative cooking, Kaul will present a five-course menu that reflects her Kashmiri, Peranakan Chinese, and Filipino roots. Tickets for the event are $300 per person, and include a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival, paired wines, and a Laphroaig tasting flight.
