Jordy Navarra is the head chef and owner behind the celebrated fine dining establishment, Toyo Eatery and bakery/cafe hotspot, Panaderya Toyo. His early career included time spent at the legendary three-Michelin-starred restaurant The Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal, before he decided to head back to Manila and start his own ventures. Jordy and his wife, May Navarra, opened Toyo Eatery together in 2016. Just two years later, the restaurant entered the orbit of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and earned a special mention as the ‘One To Watch’. Toyo was named ‘The Best Restaurant in the Philippines’ for the fifth time in 2024, after placing No.24 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Known for his playful and inventive takes on classic Filipino dishes, Jordy champions local cuisine and Filipino hospitality.

Ticket includes an 8-course set menu with paired wines and a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival on Thursday, July 11th, at 6:30 p.m.
