Red Bubbles Club at Treasury 1860
Tastings of sparkling red wine are served with canapés for lovers of red bubbles or those that would like to try.
The idea was brought to Treasury 1860 earlier this year from Louise Di Virgilio who enjoys this style of wine and wants to share her passion for this uniquely Australian wine.
The inaugural event was held in May and launched with four sparkling reds with d’Arenberg’s Chief Winemaker, Chester Osborn in attendance. This event was so successful that another event was held in July with the Fox Creek Wines winemaker Ben Tanzer in attendance speaking about the delicious Vixen which is a blend of Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
A different selection of sparkling red wines are available at each event, so come and be surprised what will be served on the night in the Treasury 1860 courtyard.
