Looking for something to do this Friday night? Never Never Distillery Co is hosting a one-night-only Martini Masterclass for this year’s Tasting Australia.
Endeavouring to “seek more flavour”, Never Never Brand Director and Co-Founder Sean Baxter is sharing his favourite tips and at-home-hacks for making the perfect martini.
This unique masterclass will highlight a selection of Never Never’s award-winning products, including the Sample Oyster Shell Gin (made with distilled oyster shells from K.I.) and Med Gin (made with olives and almonds from McLaren Vale).
Never Never recently won big at the World Gin Awards in London, taking home World’s Best London Dry Gin – in other words, the team at Never Never know what they’re doing.
“It’s not by chance we keep getting these opportunities – we produce our gins by adding as much botanical flavour as possible,” said Baxter back in March.
“By adding more flavour, we continue to perform at the highest level, both at home and abroad.”
Whether you prefer wet or dry, twist, olive or onion, Baxter is determined to take guests on a flavour journey, combining different martini styles, South Aussie produce, and Never Never gin.
Each guests will be treated to a drink on arrival, a flight of mini martinis so you can choose your favourite style, food from Cucina di Strada, and return transport from the CBD – because you won’t want to be the designated driver for this event.
By the end of the masterclass, you’ll be enjoying your own handcrafted martini and leaving with an exclusive Never Never goody bag.
