It’s getting to that time of year again when the Barossa is celebrating all things food & wine, on August 20-22 NAB Barossa Gourmet Weekend gets off into full swing.
To kick this event off on the 20th August, newly established Simpatico Wines are joining forces with Barossa’s Iconic Vintners Bar & Grill and are going to take you on a gastronomic journey stimulating all the senses!
Chef Peter Clarke and Simpatico Wines have carefully crafted a 5 courses degustation with Simpatico wines to match. This event will showcase Simpatico’s new range of wines, even featuring their award winning 2008 Stonewell Shiraz!
The event will be held at Vintners Bar & Grill, Cnr Angaston Rd & Stockwell Rd, Angaston, Barossa Valley.
Fancy a bite to eat before dinner? Come along at 6:30pm for some delightful canapés and wines on arrival while enjoying the smooth sounds of our guest musician Laura Hill, performing an acoustic set featuring work from her latest album ‘Over my Shoulder’. The degustation then commencing at 7:30pm.
Tickets are $120/head – including canapés and wine on arrival followed by a 5 course degustation with wines to match.
