Experience an exclusive d’Arenberg tour at their Tasting Australia event

Guests will get a glimpse inside the inner sanctum and engine room of d’Arenberg’s original cellars, which few are able to experience.

It’s no secret that with the Cube and its stunning views of McLaren Vale, D’arrenberg is one of the premier winery destinations in SA.

Now, for Tasting Australia, they are giving you a rare opportunity to experience their unique winery.

The event is called d’Arenberg Vintage Tour and Harvest Lunch, and guests will get a glimpse inside the inner sanctum and engine room of d’Arenberg’s original cellars, which few are able to experience.

The guide for this tour will be fourth generation chief winemaker Chester Osborn, and he will rifle through the cellar and allow you to try some rare museum wines as well as current releases.

You’ll be in for a real treat at lunch with a multi-course and shared seasonal menu prepared by the hands of SA legend and head chef Peter Reschke.

The menu will pay homage to the Fleurieu’s wealth of fresh ingredients, which will accompany perfectly the fine wine from d’Arenbergs.

There is a plant-based option for the menu as well.

Chester will be with you for the whole time, and his eccentric personality will be sure to entertain you as well as teach you a lot about the historic winery and region it sits on.

The event will take place on 07 May 2021 from 11.30am – 4.00pm.

Tickets are $160 and can be booked on the Tasting Australia Website here.

You can find d’Arenberg at Osborn Rd, McLaren Vale.
