All the best ideas start over a glass of wine and the Boongarrie Luxury Tent is the perfect example.

Located on the Boongarrie property in the picturesque countryside that is the Barossa Valley, this glamping experience offers privacy and luxury all bundled in one gorgeous package.

The lavish abode in which you will be staying is fully equipped with a queen-size bed, kitchenette and coffee facilities with the bathroom boasting a quaint, claw-foot bath overlooking the gumtrees.

But the most impressive facilities can be found outside where an outdoor shower and soaker tub serves as the perfect location to sit and let nature wash over you as you take in the beautiful surroundings.

Developed over a glass of full-bodied Barossa Shiraz back in 2018, the idea of a luxury glamping tent was the first of its kind in the area with Boongarrie owners Kate and Garry wanting guests to experience all that the Barossa region has to offer.

Perfect in any weather, the Boongarrie Luxury Tent’s outdoor courtyard and BBQ area are perfect for those balmy summer evenings while the fire pit creates an ambience and cosy vibes we all lust for in the cooler months.

And if you’re lucky, you may even get a visit from one of the many animals that call Boongarrie home. Sheep, horses and a dog are all part of the family not to mention the abundance of wildlife in the form of kangaroos and kookaburras that regularly stop past the property.

This glamping experience offers guests the chance to submerge themselves in the beauty of the Barossa and is one of the most unique places to stay within the area.

Prices start at $325 per night + $75 cleaning fee and includes supplies to make yourself a generous breakfast using the facilities.

Boongarrie Luxury Tent is located at 52 Seven Steps Road, Flaxman Valley, South Australia, 5235.
