Located in the streets of Walkerville’s centre, the bright, bustling café provides a haven for people and dogs alike.

The Coffee Institute not only succeeds in making a great cup of coffee, but also provides deliciously affordable meals. Along with this, a major premise of the café is sustainability through the simplest of practices, including the use of SA based produce and recycling coffee grounds.

Each dish is decorated meticulously, with a variety of spices, edible flowers and herbs, paying homage to the Persian background of the kitchen and café.

The Coffee Institute includes outdoor seating for your smaller, furrier counterparts and offers a menu with a large variation between sweet and savoury (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free alternatives). From fresh corn and zucchini fritters served with capsicum, avocado salsa, feta and poached eggs, to fluffy mocha waffles scattered with delights such as passionfruit, Arnott’s “Royal” biscuits, and a rich chocolate ganache, the end result guarantees a satisfied customer.
