Exploring Adelaide’s cafes: Get your fill of eyegasmic brunches at He Said She Said

Located in Hyde Park, amidst the buzz of King William road, the dog friendly café is vibrant, warm, and sports some gorgeous artwork.

He Said She Said was once the new kid on King William road, now it’s a well-established corner shop to get a quality cup of coffee or a bite to eat.

Located in Hyde Park, amidst the buzz of King William road, the dog friendly café is vibrant, warm, and sports some gorgeous artwork.

With friendly faces greeting you as you walk in, it’s hard to miss the head barista behind the coffee machine- in other words, the spark of the café.

The family-run café owned by couple Natasha and Nasim Said, and brother Nizaar Said is your next stop for fresh juices, coffee and food.

With beans from Veneziano Coffee Adelaide you can taste the Costa Rican or El Salvadorian blends in their single origin or cold brew coffee.

Since opening in 2019, He Said She Said has developed a menu that gives a taste of summer and delivers one of the best quality coffees on the street.

Don’t get us started on their array of artisan-made paninis, focaccias and wraps – they are freshly made with options of salami, prosciutto, roast veg and more.

Energise with a medium oat latte and a halloumi focaccia on the go, but if you plan to stay the chicken buddha bowl is a must.

The liquor-licensed café is serving up your brekky favourites with a unique twist.

Their sliced avocado has changed the game for the infamous smashed avocado.

The veg omelette is filled with sautéed greens, tomatoes, mushroom and cheese to satisfy your cravings, but if you’re feeling like a feast to start your day right the big brekky is must have.

Order a mimosa or two and start your Sunday with the girls a lot better than how it ended on Saturday.

Lunch is served from 11.30am daily, showcasing a fantastic selection of burgers, buddha bowls and salads.

We’re telling you this in advance, the portions are huge so make sure you have a strong appetite.

If you’re feeling a light meal to snack on with your coffee, the arancini balls or crispy cauliflower are a go to.

With various vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options the café suits any dietary requirement, just make sure to let the staff know and they’ll do the best they can to accommodate.

Make sure you get in quick before all the locals and their dogs take your seat.
