The 2025 bp Adelaide Grand Final is set to impress motorsport fans with an unforgettable lineup, headlined by Formula 1 legend David Coulthard. The event, scheduled from November 27th to 30th, will celebrate 40 years of racing at the iconic Adelaide Street Circuit with thrilling appearances by David and American racer Scott Speed.
David Coulthard is a well known figure in the world of Formula 1, and returns to Adelaide where he previously competed in 1995. With an impressive record of 13 Grand Prix wins and a total of 62 podium finishes throughout his career, David is now a commentator and a global ambassador for Oracle Red Bull Racing. He will be showcasing the power of the RB7, allowing fans to experience the exhilarating performance of a top-tier Formula 1 car.
Joining him is Scott Speed, an experienced racer known for his versatility across various motorsport disciplines such as NASCAR and Rallycross. Speed, who had a stint in Formula 1 with Toro Rosso, will be behind the wheel of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula 1 car.
The event will feature the Formula 1 cars of ORBR and VCARB going head-to-head with legendary motorsport and road cars in a speed comparison. This is anticipated to be a highlight for spectators, showcasing the sheer velocity and engineering prowess of these vehicles. Fans will have a chance to see these cars up close during the daily sessions, which promise to be a highlight.

“Each year, we aim to elevate the fan experience and the 40th anniversary of the Adelaide Street Circuit has provided an unforgettable opportunity to showcase our Formula 1 history with international drivers and modern cars.”
David Coulthard shared, “Adelaide has an incredible motorsport passion, you can feel it from the moment you arrive. The Adelaide Street Circuit was my first Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and I’m excited to bring that same magic to this iconic event with Oracle Red Bull Racing for a special anniversary.”
Scott Speed also added, “Adelaide has a legendary place in motorsport history, with some of the best fans in the world. There’s nothing like the power and precision of a Formula 1 car, it’s going to be an incredible show.”
The event will also feature a dedicated Oracle Red Bull Racing garage in the pit lane, where fans with Paddock Passes or Pit Lane Walks will gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access. This setup allows attendees to witness the meticulous preparations and adjustments made by the skilled mechanics from the Milton Keynes team.
For those keen on getting autographs, David will be available during exclusive signing sessions on the Thursday and Friday of the event.
