Brides and grooms-to-be will be flocking to the Adelaide Hills this August 17 and 18 for the Adelaide Hills Weddings Weekend.
This boutique event brings together more than 60 Adelaide Hills wedding businesses, from photographers to celebrants, makeup artists to venues, limousines to caterers and many more.
Held at the historic and beautiful Petaluma’s Bridgewater Mill, visitors will receive a complementary glass of Croser sparkling wine on arrival. They can also enjoy fashion parades by Adelaide Hills Weddings Ambassador Liza Emanuele, with stylish menswear from Peter Shearer, as well as live entertainment from Jazz It UP and Adelaide’s piano busker, Peter Hacquoil.
“Some of my favourite weddings have been held in the Adelaide Hills,” says Liza Emanuele.
In addition to the entertainment and display stands, couples can take part in vow-writing workshops by celebrant Kerry Tudor, Phil Hoffmann Travel will conduct sessions on planning honeymoon travel and Lion and Blue Photography will present sessions on making the most of your wedding photographer. Petaluma will also be offering tastings of their wines and their award-winning restaurant will have sumptuous selections from their menu on offer for those looking to dine in and make a day of it. The Adelaide Hills Weddings Head Over Hills mini-mag will also be available on the day.
For anyone planning their wedding, it’s a not-to-be-missed display of the Adelaide Hills as a desirable destination for stylish, sophisticated weddings. Entry is $10.
