La Mascara creator and Real Housewife of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies and her muso hubby, Silverchair drummer Ben Gillies were in town over the weekend for the inaugural LOVE TWAIN Fashion For A Cause Gala.
The dinner and runway show, held at Ten22 Boutique Venue, was organised to help raise much-needed funds for flood-affected regions in Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia. Gillies who is Croatian born, jumped on board to co-host the event alongside Filip with an F, as her own family was affected by the floods back home.
The LOVE TWAIN runway show featured some of Australia’s most celebrated labels, including Jaggar, Cameo, Christopher Esber, Michael Lo Sordo and Karla Spetic.
The closing show, Jaimie Sortino couture was a showstopper and a favourite for Gillies, who was dressed by the Adelaide–based designer on the night.
Major sponsors from the night include Finesse Models Australia, Jason Fassbender from Parlour Hair Unley, Millie Herd Makeup, Moet, Majestic Hotels & Tee Lee Travel.
