UK dance music luminary Fatboy Slim is set to ignite the Australian summer with a blockbuster tour in March 2025. ‘Fatboy Slim Loves Australia’, marks a huge return for the artist, offering an outdoor rave experience across five Australian cities.
Fatboy Slim, aka Norman Cook, gave us our favourite quote of this year, saying, “Like the crazy drunk uncle who turns up every Xmas I’m coming back to my Aussie fam once again. Expect the usual inappropriate behaviour and interpretational dancing…”
The tour will kick off in Perth at Langley Park on March 14th, followed by shows at Centennial Vineyards in Bowral, Peter Lehmann Wines in Barossa Valley, Mt Duneed Estate in Geelong, and wrapping up at Sirromet Wines in Mount Cotton on March 23rd. Each venue has been chosen to complement the vibrant atmosphere of Fatboy Slim’s shows.
Fatboy Slim boasts an illustrious career, having entered the UK acid house scene in the 90s with tracks like ‘Everybody Needs a 303’ and ‘Going Out of My Head’. His international stardom was cemented with hits such as ‘The Rockafeller Skank’, ‘Praise You’, and the iconic ‘Right Here Right Now’. His most recent works include the track ‘Role Model’ and reissues of his albums, which continue to resonate with audiences globally.
Supporting acts for the tour include Swedish DJ Seinfeld, known for his emotive style of electronic music, alongside Australian talents CC:DISCO! and Jennifer Loveless.
