Feast your eyes on Adelaide’s Fried Chicken Festival

After a two-year hiatus, Cluck Yeah Fried Chicken Festival is back for a whole weekend of fried chicken goodness at Morphettville Race Course.

From Korea to the deep south of the United States, everyone has their own take on the humble fried chicken and each variation has one thing in common. It’s cluckin’ good. Fresh, crispy fried chicken is one of those foods that everybody loves and if they don’t, you should really reconsider your friendship with said person.

So, for all you fried chicken fiends out there (aka everyone), get cluckin excited because Cluck Yeah, South Australia’s only food festival dedicated to fried chicken, returns to Adelaide this November.

Held at Morphettville Racecourse, this years edition is set to be bigger and juicier than ever. We’re talking fried chicken of all shapes, sizes and flavours, craft beers (because what’s fried chicken without a beer to wash it down?), pop-up arcade games, market stalls – it’s not called a festival for nothing!

After an unavoidable two-year hiatus, the team at Cluck Yeah cannot wait to bring fried chicken to the masses. Founded by Nugg Lyf director and self-confessed Nug Lord, Josh O’Shaugnhessy, the event was born from a passion for the fried delight of both himself and the general public.

“The first Cluck Yeah was such a massive success and we have been waiting patiently for the right time to bring it back,” he says.

“We feel this year’s festival is going to be cluckin’ huge, with even more for people to enjoy”

While full details of the event are yet to be announced, you can be certain it’s one not to be missed!
