Feel good at Adelaide’s newest (and coolest) festival this weekend

Wellness Squared is part of WellFest Adelaide, the newest addition to the Festival State’s calendar.

Yoga, a silent disco, cooking demonstrations from Sprout – all that and more is FREE at Wellness Squared in the city this weekend.

From 7am-5pm in Hindmarsh Square this Sunday 17 October, Wellness Squared is part of WellFest Adelaide, the newest addition to the Festival State’s calendar.

WellFest Adelaide is celebrating all things health and wellbeing in the city from October 15-31.

This Sunday’s Wellness Squared offers a curated program including yoga, The WellFest Silent Dance Day Club, F45 and high intensity group training, gardening tips and tricks, nutrition and cooking demonstration with dietitian Themis Chryssidis and MasterChef contestant Callum Hann’s Sprout cooking school, information and advice on boosting wellbeing and mental health, pilates, and meditation and mindfulness… phew!

To top it all off, there’s live music, a pop-up wellness market, and food and drinks on offer.

Better yet, if you have FOMO and can’t make Wellness Squared this weekend, or you love it and want to go again (you totally will), the program will run again on Sunday 24 October in Light Square and Sunday 31 October in Victoria Square.

It’s the perfect event to reconnect with yourself, reconnect with the city, and recharge socially!

All the Wellness Squared events are FREE, but you need to reserve your place by booking a ticket at the WellFest Adelaide website.

Wellness Squared and WellFest Adelaide are being delivered by the team at the Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA).

They’re the awesome people who also brought us the Adelaide’s Long Lunch and Dinner’s On Us vouchers, and the Hit The Town campaign in winter.

Nikki Govan, chair of AEDA, says Wellness Squared will “celebrate healthy minds and bodies in an event the likes of which the state has never seen before”.

“It will offer a range of vibrant outdoor experiences that will bring people together to see and do something new and go home feeling good,” she said.

Wellbeing means different things to different people, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy at Wellness Squared. It’s not to be missed.
