Felici Espresso Bar will shooting their new exciting commercial in a few weeks, Felici loves the East End Girls, and they want you to be a part of it.

The advertisement, which follows on from the Felici Loves the East End campaign, will feature 10 handpicked, unique, stylish and confident South Australian women.

Executive Director of Felici, Houssam Abiad, says that the idea of the campaign is to showcase the East End as Adelaide’s premiere high-end fashion and lifestyle destination.

“Recently there’s been all these top end designers that have come into South Australia and decided to put their fashion here,” says Houssam.

“We recognise the East End symbolically as a very well renowned precinct in the city, it’s got its heritage, it’s got its history and specifically lately, it has turned into this fashion precinct.”

Houssam explains that the campaign is about supporting the East End and the fashion brands that have settled here.

“It’s about creating loyalty to the East End but also about driving business into the East End,” he says.

“If we benefit the community that we are around, we also benefit as a business, so it’s about improving the community we’re in.”

Five every day women will be chosen to join the prominent South Australian’s already starring in the campaign.

If you win the chance to star as an East End Girl, you could be strutting you stuff in couture from either Sooki, Tu Yu, Metallicus or Miss Gladys Sym Choon.

Not only will you get the chance to star in the advertisement, which will be aired on television in September, but you will get $500 to spend in the store that dresses you and a year of free coffee from Felici Espresso Bar.

The beautiful East End girls already starring in the campaign include Glam Adelaide’s very own Kelly Noble, Mel Greig, Nadia Stamp, Mia Dion and Rebecca McClure.

Each woman was styled by a different fashion house on Rundle Street including Morrison, Gorman, Lisa Ho, Saba and Alannah Hill.

The looks were all brought together by talented local stylist Filip Odzak.

Houssam says that he wanted to approach women who have had a lot of positive contribution to the community.

“We thought it would be great if we could base their characters on and dress them in the fashion labels on the street.”

“It’s sort of a community based project, I thought it was just a really great idea to bring everyone together and get everyone involved.”

Best of all, Houssam encourages women of all ages, shapes and sizes to apply to be a part of this campaign.

“We don’t want this whole model sort of look, we want girls next door, 20 to 50 year old women who just love their coffee, love their fashion, love their East End.

Even your coffee can now be fashionable in your own reusable Felici Loves the East End cup.

These fabulous porcelain cups are just $30 and all proceeds go to the East End Coordination Committee, but best of all refills are only $3.
