Just last week, Kytons have been awarded Silver for their Aged Brandy Pudding and Bronze for their Traditional Christmas Pudding, and Macadamia and White Choc Cookies at the annual Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
This competition is open to food producers from all over Australia, so you know they’re the best of the best, and baked to a traditional family recipe.
Their Christmas range includes Mince Pies full of top quality Australian dried fruit, wrapped in crispy, buttery shortbread and sprinkled with a touch of sugar — traditional and delicious. They won a Gold medal for these in 2020.
There’s Kytons Christmas pudding that you’ll want to check out full of top-grade Australian dried fruit, all plumped with Australian brandy and mixed with the warm aromatics of festive spices. It’s baked from a traditional recipe with great care to delight all those around the table.
The award-winning Aged Brandy Pudding is similar to the Traditional Pudding, but has an extra special touch. Kytons use even more dried fruit and brandy and lets the pudding mature for at least 6 months, intensifying the aromas and flavours creating a Christmas pudding to remember.
There’s also rich and decadent Rocky Road which Kytons skip the nuts and use chunks of choc-chip cookies to give a great crunch. This is combined with soft marshmallow, cherries and dark chocolate and make a wonderful treat or gift.
