It can be stressful when you’re entertaining or you’re going to a party and you’ve this great idea of putting out a gorgeous platter that people can graze on. Everyone loves platters. Problem is, you have no idea where to start and getting everything in one go at the supermarket can become almost comical. We’ve gotten home thousands of times feeling like we nailed it, only to find out we’ve forgotten some of the most crucial elements and our whole cheeseboard or meal is thrown off.
Then you’ve gotta think, what kind of cheese do you get? What fruit and veg is season? Where can you buy South Australian produce (without having to fight your way through the Central Markets)? You see what we’re getting at here.
We just want someone to organise it all for us.
So the guys at The World’s Best Supermarket (literally), gave us an easy-breezy shopping list and some style inspo. Take this with you to Foodland Frewville or Foodland Pasadena and relish in this awesomeness when you’ve got a wine in one hand and some fab sticky Kangaroo Island Figs with Adelaide Hills blue cheese.
