Fireside Reds returns to the fringe of Kuitpo Forest for Winter Reds

The festival is returning to the edge of Kuitpo Forest this July, bringing crackling fires, local wine, hearty food and laid-back music.

Picture standing by a crackling fire, full glass of Adelaide Hills red in hand, in the company of your favourite people. With the mysterious depths of the forest serving as a backdrop and tasteful music drifting through the air, Kuitpo is bringing together a compelling list of intriguing labels for this atmospheric Winter Reds event.

Fireside Reds will be held at rustic Kuitpo Hall on 26 July celebrating local wine, beer, food and music. Coming together for the event are Lloyd Brothers, XO Wine Co, K1 Wines, Lazy Ballerina, and Kuitpo Brewing. Take your pick of decadent reds from these fantastic labels, or perhaps a pint of Kuitpo Brewing session ale is better suited to your tastes. Either way, you’ll be sipping something delicious as you soak up the warmth of the fire and the laid-back atmosphere of this forest-fringed winter gathering.

While you warm your hands by the heat of dancing flames, you can also warm your belly with food from the amazing team at Peel St Restaurant. They’ll be serving up a seasonal menu of winter favourites and signature dishes, all while DJ Dylan Sanders from Tennyson Events sets the mood with upbeat tunes throughout the day.

Each ticket includes event entry, a Kuitpo Kollective branded glass to keep, and a complimentary first drink on arrival. You can choose a general admission ticket or a ticket that includes a meal, with lamb arayes, grilled eggplant, banana blossom salad and pork and fennel meatballs on offer.

Fireside Reds is also part of the official Winter Reds bus loop (Red Loop), making it safe and easy to get there and get home. Bus tickets must be purchased separately to entry tickets.
