After serving elevated – and a little snobby – comfort food from their food truck for the last three and a half years, owner Daniel Hansen has given ‘Snob’ a permanent home.
Specialising in events and catering, the Snob food truck has always loved a day out, frequenting festivals and sporting events, as well as holding down a spot at SixTwelve Brewing. But now the beloved food truck has gone solo with a brand new café open in Ridgehaven.
While their socials aren’t giving much away, the all-important menu has been unveiled, and it includes all the hearty favourites.
Eggs come with a lineup of sides like hollandaise, tomato relish, mustard pickle, white cheese sauce – basically all the good stuff. After one side? That’ll be ‘Snobby.’ After six and that’ll be ‘Snobbiest.’ After eight and you’ve hit the ‘Snobinator.’ If you’re feeling a little humble and hungry lately, this menu will dial up the attitude and the flavour.
Waffles come with a side of Pepe Saya, a divine cultured butter made the traditional French way and served as a wheel, like brie. Interesting? Yes. Indulgent and delicious? Absolutely.
“We’re super excited to introduce Pepe Saya butter. It’s a really amazing Australian butter. It’s beautiful – it’s made in the French way, and it’s a pretty special butter,” Daniel shared.
Adelaide’s award-winning Skala Bakery will be covering the carbs, supplying an exclusive sourdough range made specifically for Snob that pairs with all of their delicious offerings.
“It’s only gonna be served here which is really cool!” said Daniel.
Aside from breakfast favourites, there’s a list of mouthwatering lunch options to savour the senses. Think Mayura Station Wagyu beef patty burgers with double cheese, ketchup, and onion, crumbed chicken burgers, chicken parmi with crumbed cotoletta on a saucy bed of spaghetti, and a meatball and salmon sando with their signature homemade sauce.

Staying true to their north-eastern love affair, the shopfront is located at Pelican Plaza in Ridgehaven, taking the place of former Never Cry Wolf café.
“We just love the area!” Daniel previously said about Tea Tree Gully and St Agnes.
Ridgehaven locals just scored big, and for everyone else, Snob is worth the drive. With a growing following, an exclusive sourdough collab and a menu packed with scrumptious eats, this is one spot that lives up to the hype.
