Ambra Spirits is ringing in its 25th anniversary in style with the unveiling of its newly renovated distillery in Thebarton.
Known for its authentic Italian recipes passed down through generations, the brand’s milestone is marked by a significant transformation of its distillery, which is now open to the public.
The extensive renovations boast a modern kitchen ready to serve a new tapas-style menu, two welcoming outdoor spaces, and a vibrant overhaul of the interior design. The updated décor beautifully intertwines modern aesthetics with touches that celebrate the brand’s deep Italian roots.
Business Manager Marco Pagliarulo said the massive refurbishment has revitalised the brand and will provide an exceptional new offering to South Australian foodies and cocktail lovers, “We are so proud of what the Ambra Spirits Distillery can now offer our loyal patrons. It has been transformed into a gorgeous modern space that still pays homage to our rich Italian heritage and culture.”
Ambra Spirits traces its origins back to 1998, founded by the late Libero De Luca. His passion for crafting the brand’s signature Limoncello, inspired by genuine Italian family recipes, set the foundation for Ambra Spirits’ success.
Today, under the leadership of Co-owners Peppe Fusco and Nando Focareta, the brand continues to flourish, staying true to Libero’s original vision while steering Ambra Spirits towards new and exciting ventures.
“The designers and builders have gone absolutely all out! It truly represents the essence of Ambra, and we’re so excited to welcome everyone back,” said Nando.
Coinciding with the reopening, the South Australian owned and operated company has just released its first Premix range right in time for Summer.
“We’ve got more food and seating options, and we’re even mixing our own spirits and liqueurs into some dishes. It’s such a playful and vibrant space now”, adds Peppe.
And as the garnish on the proverbial G&T, by heading to the new cellar door you’ll go in the running to win a massive 4 litre magnum limoncello, in a stunning hand-blown glass bottle. You can also enter this giveaway by spending $150 on their website. I mean, twist my arm.
The freshly renovated Ambra Spirits distillery in Thebarton is now open, and considering the highly anticipated reopening, bookings are an absolute must.
