Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes has officially opened its doors in northern Adelaide delivering the region’s first and largest premium accommodation offering.

Set to provide guests with superior amenities, access to local attractions and business hubs, the hotel will enhance the regions hospitality and dining landscape.

The 155-room hotel is part of a new-build seven-storey precinct in the heart of Mawson Lakes with a development investment in excess of $70M by hotel owners, Pelligra and One7. The guest rooms include king, twin-share and suite options, as well as 47 rooms with kitchenettes extending convenience for longer stays. Each room combines premium touches with designs inspired by South Australia’s natural landscapes.

The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a locally inspired restaurant and bar, 24-hour reception, dedicated conference and events spaces, a fitness centre and onsite parking.

The hotel’s conference and events services include four specially designed spaces with natural lighting and advanced technology, encompassing over 442 square metres that can accommodate up to 250 guests. These spaces are complemented by a stunning 17-metre-high atrium and a dedicated pre-function area.

Executive Chef Kiran Ghate leads the hotel’s 120-seat restaurant, Ember & Vine. With over 20 years of international experience, Chef Ghate has developed a menu that focuses on elevating the bold, natural flavours of premium South Australian ingredients.

The Aviator Bar offers guests a comfortable setting with extended views of the Adelaide Hills and Parafield Airport. Here, visitors can enjoy expertly crafted beverages, including the signature cocktail, ‘The Aviator’, which incorporates violet gin, elderflower liqueur, and a finished with a cherry flavoured bubble.
