Described as the location with the perfect pair of cocktails and mingling with a touch of disco, it certainly delivers and will, without a doubt provide the suburbs with plenty of good vibes across all seasons.
You will find us, and a number of others, enjoying a cheeky beverage or two around the bar or cozying up in one of the more intimate dining areas that make you feel like you have your own private alcove.
When running your eyes down the menu, you can find an ample supply of snacks, that we are pleased to confirm are just as good on the plate as they are on paper. You won’t be able to look past the Jamon, melon, cucumber, sumac and basil combination or the crab soldiers that pack a little punch.
With plans to open Dolly in 2022 being delayed, this addition to Unley Road is one to add to the list and well worth the wait.
If that’s not enough brilliance from this dynamic group, the team has also signed the lease on the space behind the bar, that is set to transform into a panini bar by day and a intimate bar by night.
Plans for this location will make this suburban corner a one stop shop for pastries and coffee in the morning and cocktails and culinary delights at night.
