From Tuesday January 17, Woodville’s latest panini bar & café will debut, and South Australia will finally have the freedom to enjoy FRIDM.

Co-owners and qualified chefs, Frank and Rosa Muscara have always dreamt of capturing their family’s heritage in their own business, bringing culture and family traditions to the table.
Now they have, with the launch of FRIDM Panini Bar & Café at 2/850 Port Road, Woodville which will strive to bring Italy’s best to Adelaide’s West.
“I’ve been told that my meatballs are just like what you would get from nonna’s house, and this was said by multiple nonnas,” said Frank Muscara.

The new venue radiates sincerity, from the exposed brick walls to the quaint windows looking out at Port Road and radiating natural light into the space.

“We are excited to share our lives with everyone, which we hope is shown in our food and atmosphere with the loud personalities we have at the shop,” Mr Muscara added.
In keeping with the celebratory grand opening, FRIDM is offering to upgrade any coffee purchased with a panini from a small cup to a medium at no added cost.
The business will trade six days a week from Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm and Saturday 7am – 2pm, so make sure to get in early for a hot cup of coffee and a menu that proudly waves a green, white and red flag.

“Each letter of FRIDM represents the initial of everyone in our family, F for Frank, R for Rosa, I for Isabella, our daughter, and D for Dartanian, our son,” says Frank.
“We are very family oriented, and the name is special to us. We wanted to open a cafe or restaurant a while ago but then we chose to have our kids first.
“Our kids are still very young but without a bit of risk we’ll never know. We want to give it a chance and at least we can say we tried. Now is the time.”
