North Adelaide has just scored a serious upgrade with the arrival of 88 O’Connell Street, and to make it even better, Hub Australia’s newest premium flexible workspace has landed, bringing a sleek, community-driven destination where work meets lifestyle in all the best ways. Following the success of its first Adelaide CBD site, the country’s largest privately-owned flexible workspace operator has expanded north of the city, opening the doors to a space that makes the daily grind feel anything but.

International design firm M Moser Associates, brought the vision to life. Lead designer Amanda Gibbs shared that they’re focused on “creating a warm, community-driven environment that connects people and place. It blends Adelaide’s heritage charm with a vibrant, modern energy – inviting people to work, meet, and belong.”
At Hub North Adelaide they are also offering premium perks that bring a hotel-like touch to your workday. Members have access to lifestyle concierge services that can handle everything from dry cleaning drop-offs to dinner reservations. There’s also two hours of free on-site parking, integrated end-of-trip facilities with all-gender amenities, and even in-building services like a car wash and a dog wash.
Sustainability and community are also at the heart of it. As a certified B Corp and carbon neutral organisation, Hub Australia continues to prioritise purpose alongside productivity. The new site will also contribute to Hub’s Flexi Impact Program, which provides complimentary workspace and amenities to selected non-profit and purpose-driven organisations.
